There isn’t anything better than seeing storm clouds forming on the horizon here in the Old Pueblo. It marks when summer rain begins to cool us down from our hot summer woes. But that may not be good news if your roof isn’t prepared for the rainy season! We encourage all of our Tucson neighbors to take action if you are in the one of the following groups:
1) You haven’t had the time to do a roof inspection on your own roof. This can be especially critical if it’s been a few years since you’ve had your roof inspected by a professional or doing your own inspection. Looking for potential problem areas that can be addressed before the summer monsoon season really hits can make the difference between minor repairs and a major problem in a couple of months.
2) You noticed a minor leak last year, but once the season passed you forgot about it or didn’t address the issue for any number of reasons. If there are any water stains from last year, the issue will only become bigger this season, and with the temperature changes from then through the winter might have made the breach even larger and could allow more water to penetrate your roof.
If you aren’t sure where to start or are not comfortable inspecting your roof, let the pros at West Coast Roofing handle it with a free roof inspection and we can help you determine if you need to take immediate action and what solutions make sense, or if it’s something that can be delayed, we can help create a plan to give your roof the best lifespan possible along with a strategy going forward!
